About Dabie Tsai

Dabie Tsai is the Accounting Advisory Practice Leader at Riveron, a national business advisory firm specializing in accounting, technology, finance, and operations.

In this role, she is responsible for shaping the overall direction and go-to-market strategy of the Accounting Advisory practice and leading its talented team of professionals.

An accomplished leader, Dabie brings to Riveron more than two decades of experience in advising and arbitrating between different stakeholders, including senior management, boards of directors, and external parties on financial, operational, IT, governance and other risks, internal control processes and systems. Her range of specialties includes integrated audits of large multinational companies and deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, SEC and IPO filings, SOX 404 controls and processes, credit risk, mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, and corporate governance. Before joining Riveron, Dabie Tsai worked at CrossCountry Consulting, where she served as its West Region Leader and San Francisco Office Managing Partner. Prior to that, she was with KPMG for 23 years and held a variety of roles as Partner in KPMG’s audit practice, advising clients in the financial services, telecommunications, consumer/retail, hospitality, and other industries. 

Dabie is a determined advocate and champion of the high-performing teams she has helped to build, mentor, and retain. She has been involved in and served as the Partner Sponsor of a variety of employee resource groups, including CrossCountry’s Network of Asian Professionals and Allies (NAPA) and KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW) and Asian Pacific Islanders Network (APIN). 

Dabie Tsai is a US Certified Public Accountant and a Canadian Chartered Accountant and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Board of Directors of Oxfam America. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. 

A true global citizen, Dabie has lived in five countries on four continents and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
